Albany Airport Car Parks

Albany Airport provides a wide range of affordable and practical parking options. All airport lots accept credit cards, and most also take EZ-Pass Plus.

Economy E-Lot

The airport's southeast corner is where the economy lot is located, and Albany Shaker Road serves as its entrance. There is a shuttle that runs to the terminal. The cost for daily economy parking is $6.

Short-Term

It is located in a designated space behind and next to the parking garage, on the first floor of the North Parking Garage, right across from the terminal.

For the first 30 minutes of their stay, individuals using Short Term can park for free while waiting for flights, dropping off, or picking up people. A day of short-term parking costs $24.

Long-Term

Behind the North Parking Garage is where the Long-Term primary lot is situated. If you have an EZPass Plus tag, the entrance to the immediate Long Term is set to default to an EZPass Plus lane.

Please put your parking tag in an EZPass read prevention bag or use the Long-Term entry at the back of the garage if you do not want to use your EZPass Plus to pay for parking when you leave.

After passing the North Garage, turn left at the first intersection to reach the back door. Parking in long-term lots is $10 per day.

• Garage (2 options) - The North Building's floors 2 and 3 offer garage parking.
• Parking Garage (GP1) and the "New" South Parking Garage's levels 1, 2, and 4 (GP2).
• The daily charge for the North and South Parking Garages is $14.

Electric vehicle charging stations: Charging while parked is free.

• There are three stations inside the Long-Term lot's back, next to the exit plaza.
• Eight stations are on the western side of the long-term parking lot.
• On the second level of the North Garage (GP1), facing the terminal, three stations are accessible.
• The fourth floor of the South Garage has ten stations available (GP2).

Disabled

The long-term lot, the parking garage floor, and each parking lot have spaces reserved for customers with disabilities. A legal handicapped flag or a handicapped license plate must be conspicuously displayed on vehicles parked in designated handicapped areas.

Short Term Rates

It is located on the backside of the North Parking Garage, on the first floor, across from the terminal.

• First 30 minutes: FREE
• Second period: $2.00
• $1.00 for each additional half-hour.
• Daily maximum: $24.00

Garage Parking Rates

• Parking in the North Garage is accessible from floors 2, 3, 4, and 5.
• Initial hour: $2
• $2.00 for each additional hour.
• $14.00 is the maximum daily rate.

Long Term Parking Rates

• Near the north parking garage.
• Initial hour: $2
• $1.00 for each additional hour.
• $10 is the maximum daily charge.

Remote Parking Lot-E

With a shuttle to and from the terminal, the economy remote lot E is near the airport towards the southeast.

• Initial hour: $2
• The hourly wage is $1.
• $6 is the maximum daily rate.
